In weekly encounters we aim to encourage one’s personal practice for keeping in contact with nature through the connection with plants and, through the method, cultivate a calm and relaxing inner state in the practitioner.
We will follow the steps learned during the presentation module, creating opportunities to clarify any doubt that may arise and also to share insights. Giving continuity to this practice and approach will gradually improve your focus and enable your mind to follow new paths for understanding and experience different points of view.
Follow-up practices on line live are offered to groups from 3 to 12 people and last 90 minutes each. Only for those who have completed the presentation module.
